# Terms of Service

## Agreement

By using the Pets World online store (pets-world-9411.myshopify.com) and related services (“the Store”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Store is operated by **PE Rehina Borodai** (“we”, “us”), registered in Ukraine.

## Age Requirement

You must be **at least 18 years old** to place an order or use our services.

## Products

We sell dog apparel and pet accessories. Our products are intended for use with dogs and pets as described. **You are responsible for choosing the correct size and using the products in a safe and appropriate manner.** We are not liable for misuse, improper fit, or any damage or injury arising from the use of our products. If you have questions about sizing or use, contact us before purchasing.

## Orders and Payment

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of error, suspected fraud, or if we are unable to fulfil the order. Payment is due at checkout as indicated on the Store.

## Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are set out in our [Shipping Policy](/policies/shipping-policy). Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

## Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our [Return and Refund Policy](/policies/refund-policy). By purchasing, you agree to those terms.

## Geographic Restrictions

We **do not sell or ship to the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus.** Orders from these regions will not be accepted or fulfilled.

## Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

## Intellectual Property

All content on the Store (text, images, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

## Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the **laws of Ukraine**. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
