# Shipping Policy

## Where We Ship

We ship worldwide **except** to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.

Delivery regions include: Ukraine, European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and other countries served by our carriers.

## Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within **1 to 2 weeks** after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is on its way.

## Delivery Time

Actual delivery time depends on your location and the carrier:

- **Ukraine:** typically 1–3 business days
- **Europe:** typically 5–14 business days
- **USA / Canada:** typically 10–21 business days
- **Other regions:** typically 14–30 business days

These are estimates; delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier capacity.

## Tracking

We provide a **tracking number** (e.g. Nova Poshta, international carrier) so you can follow your parcel. The tracking link will be sent to your email.

## Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

For orders shipped **outside Ukraine**, the recipient may be responsible for **customs duties, import taxes, and carrier fees** charged by the destination country. These are not included in the price or shipping cost you pay to us. We declare the value and description of the goods accurately; any charges at delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.

## Lost or Damaged Parcels

- **Lost parcel:** If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will **resend the order** at no extra cost (subject to proof from the carrier).
- **Damaged parcel:** If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
