Frequently asked questions

Orders & made-to-measure

How do I place an order?

For Ukraine we usually need: your first and last name, phone number, city and Nova Poshta branch number, a payment confirmation screenshot, your dog’s measurements taken according to our video guide, your pet’s name, and sex. For international shipping we may ask for the same details in English plus full shipping address.

Why do you need measurements?

Most garments are produced to order from your dog’s individual measurements. That is how we get a cleaner fit and fewer returns. If something is slightly off, we can often adjust the piece.

Do you ship outside Ukraine?

Yes, international shipping is available. You will receive address fields and payment options suitable for export in the same thread where we confirm your order.

Membrane rainwear & winter suits

What is the difference between the raincoat and the winter jumpsuit?

The silhouette can look similar, but the build differs by layers. A lightweight raincoat uses a water-repellent membrane shell with a smooth, lighter lining for mild wet weather. A winter insulated suit adds a dense insulation layer plus polar fleece lining for cold, wind, and snow.

Why are there several “membrane” listings for the same colour?

Each listing matches a lining package: lightweight silky lining, warm fleece lining, or the warmest synthetic-down-plus-fleece build. Pick the one that matches your climate and how your dog runs (hot vs cold).

Is there a leash opening on the raincoat?

On our classic raincoat pattern the membrane runs continuously across the back with a centre zipper, so we do not cut a leash slot through the shell. A harness is worn over the suit. This keeps rain from wicking in through a hole and preserves the waterproof line.

Can I clean the membrane with wet wipes only?

Occasional wipe-downs are fine for mud spots. For longevity we still recommend a short gentle machine cycle when it is time for a full clean—pretreat stains, use mild detergent, and follow the label.

Do you add hoods?

We rarely use hoods on dogs: they tend to slide over the eyes and get soaked. Instead we can offer a fixed extended cowl / snood that covers the neck and ears more reliably in wind and drizzle (availability and pricing are confirmed when you order).

Fleece, Teddy set, hoodies

How warm is the Teddy vest + fleece set?

Comfort ranges depend on your dog’s coat and activity. As a rule of thumb from our studio notes: the fleece suit alone suits cool roughly +5 °C to +12 °C walks; the faux-fur vest is warmer; worn together they cover light frost and cold snaps better than either piece alone. Always watch your dog for heat or shivering.

Why is the fleece jumpsuit belly cut a bit shorter?

Pull-on fleece has almost no stretch. A very low belly opening would make dressing stressful. The cut is designed so the dog can step in comfortably while still covering the chest and back.

Car seats & travel

How does the car seat attach?

The booster secures to the vehicle seat with a strong strap and quick-release buckle. Your dog is tethered inside with a leash and sturdy carabiner that clips to a harness or collar. Always follow local road-safety rules.

Can I wash the car seat cover?

Yes—the removable cover is machine washable. Wash separately on gentle and reshape while damp.

Vyshyvanka & linen

Why linen for a dog shirt?

Natural linen breathes in summer heat, is durable, and is often kinder to sensitive skin than synthetics. It softens over seasons of wear.

Cooling wear (summer)

How does a cooling vest work?

Dampen the vest so water can evaporate; technical mesh helps airflow. After each use, air-dry fully in a ventilated spot—do not store it wet in an airtight bag. Gentle hand wash or delicate machine cycle when needed.

Sizing

Where is the size guide?

On each product page use the Size guide button (or link) and measure chest and back length as shown. When between sizes, write us—we can advise before production.
