# Return and Refund Policy

## Who We Are

Pets World (PE Rehina Borodai) — dog apparel and accessories. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

## Return Period

You may return most items within **14 days** of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the conditions below are met.

## Conditions for Return or Exchange

- Item must be **unworn, unwashed**, with all **original tags** attached
- Item must be in **original packaging**
- Item must not be damaged, altered, or used

**Non-returnable:** Items made to order with any custom or personalised features cannot be returned or exchanged.

## How to Return

1. Contact us at **pets.world.ua@gmail.com** to request a return and receive instructions
2. Pack the item securely and ship it to our address (you will receive it by email)
3. **Return shipping is paid by the customer**
4. We recommend using a trackable service

## Refunds

- Refunds are processed within **7 business days** after we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions
- Refund is made to the **same payment method** used for the purchase
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

## Exchanges

We offer exchanges (e.g. for size or colour). **Shipping for the new item is paid by the customer.** Contact us at pets.world.ua@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
